How This Workbook Works
This workbook runs alongside both live sessions. It is not homework you complete on your own beforehand, and it is not something to read passively. Every section is meant to be filled in during the workshop itself, in real time, while Coach Lucky is teaching.
There are three sections: The Printout (Saturday, live), The Mirror Exercise (the evening between sessions), and The "I Am" Declaration (Sunday, live).
Keep this page open in a tab next to Zoom. Type as you go, don't wait until you think you have the "right" answer.
Section 1: The Printout
Your results aren't random. They're a printout of the identity you're currently holding. For each area below, name your current result first, then ask: what identity would have to be true for this exact result to print out?

Of the four areas above, which identity keeps showing up in more than one place? Write it here, as plainly as you can.
Section 2: The Mirror Exercise
You don't blame the mirror. You don't hide from it. You change what's in it. Before Session 2 tomorrow, sit with these two questions. Don't rush this one.
Describe, without editing yourself, what your current results are actually reflecting back to you.
Not the outcome you want. The identity underneath the outcome you want.
Come back to this page for Session 2. You'll need it.
Section 3: The “I Am” Declaration
You are not your brain. Your awareness is running your brain. This is where awareness chooses. Not a vague aspiration, a specific identity, tied directly to what you named in Section 1.
At All Costs
“Are you willing to be that version of you at all costs? Where you come up to the island, you burn the ships and say, I live here. I'm here. There ain't nowhere else to go.”
“This isn't up for debate. This isn't up for discussion … I'm deciding that I am now this version of myself.”
This isn't a hope. It's a decision.
